Luxury Shepherds Hut and Hot Tub
Our well appointed luxury Shepherds Hut is warm and cosy with underfloor heating and wood burner, commanding an elevated position to fully appreciate the outstanding sea views across to Lundy Island creating a tranquil break, walking distance to the local pub and a short drive to local beaches, relax in the hot tub and enjoy stunning sunsets with a spot of star gazing.
Cornakey Farm Shepherd's Hut is styled on traditional shepherd huts of the past. Our hut brings the old style into the 21st century with underfloor heating, double glazed windows, kitchen area, en-suite shower room, wood burner and outside a wood fired hot tub which offers guests a luxurious experience. The hut has a king size bed plus a bunk bed accommodating 2 adults and 2 children (aged between 3 and 12 ). The bunk bed is also a comfy sofa giving couples a place to relax and enjoy the stunning views and amazing sunsets through the double doors. The kitchen has everything required for cooking, belfast sink, oven/grill, 4 ring hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, cooking utensils and crockery. On arrival the fridge will be stocked with milk and 4 eggs from our own free range chickens (when possible). The kitchen includes tea and coffee making facilities so you'll soon be able to sit back and relax.
The en-suite shower room includes a full size shower, sink and flushing toilet. Outside the hut there is plenty of space for you to enjoy your surroundings. An exciting feature being the wood fired hot tub, this seats 2 people giving you the chance to unwind and relax. Also outside there is a barbecue and seating/eating area.
Our 2 seater wood fired hot tub is the perfect place to relax, soak in the views or even enjoy a spot of star gazing after sunset.
On arrival we provide enough wood and kindling for approximately 2 uses, more can be purchased on site if required, robes and towels are also provided for that luxury feel.
